Lady Thunder Pick Up first Win

Arlington, Tx - The Lady Thunder soccer team picked up their first victory of the season on the road Saturday afternoon as they beat Arlington Baptist University 3-1. MCC got off to a great start on a goal from senior Sarah Ward, who knocked in from the right side of the 18 yard box on an assist from senior Hannah Park. Freshman forward, Kelsie Wickwire, would knock in the second goal and junior midfielder, Elly Johnson, would cap the scoring for the third goal of the day.
